No offense to cesar but "the grilled area above the tank"? That cracked me up. It's called a cylinder/cylinder head. That is where the power is made that eventually turns your rear wheel. It housed the piston which slides up and down, which turns your crankshaft (lower engine) which turns your clutch, which turns your transmission shaft which turns your front pulley, which turns your drive belt, which turns your rear pulley whick is connected to your rear wheel. The power is made in the cylinder by a controlled (timed) explosion from a spark (spark plug) that ignites a measured (carbureator) fuel/air mixture which forces the piston up and down. The "grills" are called fins. They cool the cylinder by radiating the heat from the explosions out into the atmosphere. I think part of being a biker/motorcyclist/rider requires that you learn something about the machine that you trust to sit on top of at 60-70mph. Anyway, you say the oil leaks when leaned over. How far over? and on what side? It could come from the valve adjustment covers, the camshaft cover, the cylinder head gasket, or certain head bolts that run through oil passages (poor design by Suzuki which they refuse to fix).
